The Hevy Music Festival was a small alternative music festival which took place each August in south-east Kent. Having settled on a new brand identity in 2011, Hevy wanted to reinforce it by subtly evolving the mascot character and retaining the website design and functionality from the previous year – but they needed to get a new site together quickly, in time for an earlier festival announcement before the end of 2011

As a testament to the solid foundations of the previous year’s site, the whole process of evolving the 2011 website into a new version for 2012 – from initial duplication of the existing live site through to final front end modifications – was completed in less than a day!
